Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the original content remaining

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging and condition

Processing Time

All return and exchange requests are handled efficiently and are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days after approval.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect

Fixora will take full responsibility and cover all return and exchange delivery charges.
